Step 1: Compile and submit the following to Dr. Barbara Lyons and Isaac Del Rio:

1.  Personal statement (1.5 to 3 pages long, double-spaced)

2. Research statement (1.5 to 3 pages long, double-spaced)

3. CV/Resume

4. Unofficial transcript

5. Eligibility Form (request this from Isaac Del Rio)

Email these items together as a packet to Dr. Barbara Lyons, and Cc Isaac Del Rio, Incomplete application packets will be returned to you for completion.

*Note you may be asked to interview with BRAiN Leadership.

Step 2:

After you have submitted your application packet (step 1), and you are selected to move on to Step 2 of the application process, you will be given a Mentor Interview form.  Mentors are also listed on this website under the Mentors tab.  This list will include mentor contact information and a checklist. You are to contact and arrange interviews with at least 3 mentors from the list. The deadline of April 17 and May 15, 2017 does not apply to Step 2. A new deadline will be assigned to you when we send you the Mentor Interview form.

After completion of step 1 and step 2, we will contact you regarding your application status for a Summer 2017 or Fall 2017 start.
